The Directorate for Food and Control of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Turkey in connection with the change, since the beginning of this year, of the legislation of Russia in the field of plant quarantine reported that when exporting grain and its processed products from Russia to Turkey, it is necessary to be guided by the provisions of the Memorandum on Cooperation of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Russian Federation) and the Ministry of Agriculture Economy and Village Affairs of the Republic of Turkey in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of grain and its processed products, signed in May 2010 and its supplement, namely on the need for mandatory support of export consignments of Russian grain and products of its processing with decontamination certificates issued by institutions subordinate to the authorities Россельхознадзору.
