Participation in the 12th International Conference on the Protection of Stored Products

The head of FKP "RFO" once again took part in the International Conference on the Protection of Stored Products (IWCSPP), which was held in Berlin from 7 to 11 October 2018.

This is the main international forum of interest mainly for specialists working in the field of protection of stored products. It is attended by scientists, consultants, professionals in the field of pest control, representatives of quality control authorities and companies engaged in the development of solutions for enterprises whose activities are related to the storage of grain, processed food products, products of animal and plant origin.

The conference was organized with the support of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Germany, the Federal Government of Germany, as well as the Federal Research Center for Cultivated Plants of Germany.

At the conference, reports were presented on the results of research in the field of control of harmful organisms, fumigation, food storage technologies. The format of the conference included a master class on fumigation, which was conducted by employees of the company "Degesch", as well as working excursions to grain terminals and warehouses in order to get acquainted with the practices of Germany.
