Decision of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region Case on the Claim of LLC "Krohn-Vector", Chelyabinsk 26.01.2005 Case No. A76-21074/04-56-1073 to the Border State Inspectorate but Plant Quarantine in the Chelyabinsk Region

LLC "Krohn-vector" in Chelyabinsk appealed to the arbitration court of the Chelyabinsk region to the Border State Inspectorate for Plant Quarantine in the Chelyabinsk region with an application to invalidate the decision of the inspection (letters dated 08 07 2004 No. 147).

Supporting the claims in the court hearing, the applicant refers to the fact that he received a license No. 760595 dated 27.11.2001 to carry out activities for carrying out desenfiction, disintegration and deratization works. In court, the applicant explained that he was deprived of the opportunity to engage in this activity in connection with the sending by the head of the border plant quarantine inspectorate to the heads of enterprises of the region, storing and processing grain, letter 08 07 2004 No. 147, in which he indicated that the FSUE "RFO" ...
