Fumigation of production areas without product displacement
Production areas with the goods must be disinfected regularly, as it helps to prevent appearance of rodents and harmful insects in food products and non-food materials. Timely fumigation of production areas with goods allows to reduce financial losses from damage, caused to products and raw materials, providing a lower final cost of the goods, and therefore their competitive ability at the market.
Before fumigating a processing area, it is necessary to clean the area and packages with goods mechanically and to seal the area, including cracks and crevices in the walls and in the roof, through which gas may leak. The outside air temperature must not be lower than +15°C.
