Decision of the Chelyabinsk Appellate Instance "07" April 2005 Case No. A76-21074/04-56-1073/14

LLC "Kron-Vector" appealed against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk region of 26.01.2005, which denied it the requirements to invalidate the letter the head: the border inspectorate for plant quarantine in the Chelyabinsk region No. 147 of 08.07.2004, considers the court's decision illegal and is subject to cancellation, as issued in violation of the norms of procedural law.

At the court hearing, the appellate complainant upheld his arguments. The border state plant quarantine inspectorate for the Chelyabinsk region expressed its objections in a court hearing.
