Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated 15.03.2017 № 123 "Approval of marking order for quarantined products, shipped as wooden packaging or fixing materials, under condition that when exporting from the Russian Federation they are used as packaging or fixing for other goods, being exported from Russia, requirements to the form of a special mark, corresponding to international standards, indicating compliance of such quarantined products with  quarantine phytosanitary requirements of an importing country, ways of its application"
