Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 20.08.2009 N 678 "Government regulations for import into the Russian Federarion..."

Resolution dated 20 August 2009 N 678 About measures of state regulation of import into the Russian Federation and export out of ozone-depleting substances The Government of the Russian Federation declares::

1. In order to provide obligations of the Russian Federation as part of Vienna Convention about ozone layer protection of 1985 and Montreal Protocol about ozone-depleting substances of 1987, to establish, that import into the Russian Federation and export out of the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances from the list С (excluding group I) and Е of the Annex N 1 to the Resolution about rules of export and import to the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances and products, that contain them, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 8 May 1996 N 563, is carried out only in the following cases:
usage of listed substances exclusively as a primary material for production of other chemical substances;
in special cases, provided by the Montreal Protocol;
transit transportations of the listed substances through the Russian Federation from countries to countries, that are all the members of the Montreal Protocol.

2. The present Resolution comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
