Handbook of phytosanitary certificates. International standard for phytosanitary measures

This standard describes the principles and guidelines, helping National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) with preparation and issuing of phytosanitary certificates and re-export phytosanitary certificates.

Models of the certificates are given in the Annex to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), adopted in 1997. The models are enclosed to this standard. Explanations on various elements of these certificates models are given, pointing out the information, necessary for their correct filling.
